At ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists, our goal is to provide our clients and patients with high quality service and products such as scrubs and uniforms in Lawrence, KS and beyond.

From April 24 to 28, our company will be celebrating Patient Experience Week, which is led by The Beryl Institute. This annual celebration is held to provides a focused time for organizations to celebrate accomplishments, reenergize efforts and honor the people who impact the patient experience on a daily basis.

Facilitating a positive patient experience is ingrained into how our company operates. Here are four ways we prioritize patients:

Our Purpose

You can tell a lot about a company by their purpose. Ours goes far beyond simply delivering your laundry: We aim to build a great company by positively impacting the lives of our associates, our community, our customers and their patients.

Our Customer Promise

Similarly, we make a public commitment to our customers and their patients: we are your cost-effective solution for greater patient satisfaction. Both our customer promise and our purpose are public statements showing that ImageFIRST embodies a positive patient experience.

Our Products

Our dedication to the patient experience goes beyond just words and promises. Our high-quality medical linen products are physical evidence of our purpose and customer promise.

For example, our Comfort Care line of premium patient gowns was designed with the patient experience in mind. A study of over 1,000 patients throughout the nation found that when a medical facility switches to our Comfort Care gowns, patients’ perception of the facility increases by at least 50%.

Quality Care

ImageFIRST offers fully-managed services that are designed to free up our clients’ medical staff from linen management so they can pay more attention to quality patient care. As mentioned above, these services go beyond delivering linen. We also offer inventory management, a Customer Online Portal, shelf stocking and an Instant Service app.
